Through the mediator role in the recruitment process
Asharqia Chamber of Employment Center contributes to providing more than 3000 jobs for both sexes in the private sector
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Chamber's Employment Center, during the past year 2020, made several achievements in support of Emiratisation and Saudization in the private sector, by playing the role of mediator between job seekers and institutions looking for qualified national competencies.
In this regard, according to the report issued by the center for the period (from January 1 to December 31, 2020), the number of job seekers registered with the center is 33,258 male and female students (thirty-three thousand two hundred and fifty-eight male and female students), who hold postsecondary certificates (diplomas, Bachelor's, master's degrees), while the number of establishments that benefited from the services of the center during the aforementioned period reached (106 establishments, out of 2,684 companies registered on the center's website). The Chamber or through direct dealing with the website of the center, and then communicating with male and female job seekers according to specialization.
In this regard also, during the same period, 3067 different jobs were offered through the center (of which 1637 jobs were presented through employment meetings that the center has been holding from time to time, as 12 meetings were organized during the past year), according to the requests of the beneficiary companies and institutions. Through the website of the center or employment meetings, this resulted in the employment of 1795 male and female students (of which 1270 male and female students were enrolled through the website and the rest through employment meetings).
Accordingly, The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, said that these accomplishments are one of several activities carried out by the Chamber to support our national options in localizing jobs, as our approaches intersect with all government and private agencies to attract the competencies that our beloved country abounds in and to provide areas a work whereby it can serve this generous nation, elevate its status, and strengthen its position on the global economic map, as we all look forward to all our achievements and projects with national ideas and hands, supported by national and foreign investments, and this is what the Kingdom's Vision 2030 emphasized in many of its optimistic items With a bright future.
